Retrofitting Strategy	Using advance control algorithm to improve energy efficiency and operational performance for major equipment and building services systems
	With advanced control algorithm, provision of metering and sensors, data capture and storage by the building automation / management system (BA/BMS) can be converted into useful information. Such information can uncover the energy-saving opportunities and reveal the actual performance of major building services systems, such as chiller plants, AHU and VAV system.
	Consideration
	Data analytic and data visualisation can also be used to support fault detection, enabling predictive maintenance and provide best control route for improving performance and energy efficiency of equipment or system. The platform can provide advance control of the whole chiller plant including chillers, cooling towers, pumps, etc. It determines the more efficient point of operation and enhancing the BMS control to run the chiller plant at better performance.
