Install power and harmonic analysers to monitor the quality of electricity and the distribution of load among the 3 phases, the power factors and high harmonic loading. Rectify the problem by rebalancing the loading and installing active or passive filters to improve power factor and eliminate excessive harmonic. These can reduce energy loss due to copper loss arising from the impedance of the circuits and eddy current loss in rotating machine and transformers.
