Retrofitting Strategy	Conversion to demand fresh air control system coupling with exhaust air system
	According to Environmental Protection Department (EPD) guideline ProPECC PN 2/96, the CO concentration inside car parks should be kept within 100ppm. If the CO concentration is under this limit, the ventilation rate can be reduced to save energy .
	Consideration
	Thermal comfor t needs to be considered during hot seasons. May need other means to maintain an acceptable thermal comfort level during adverse conditions such as fans.
