Retrofitting Strategy	Zoning the carpark for operation mode
	Divide the carpark into zones and close down some zones during night time or non-peak hours so that lighting and ventilation needs can be reduced.
	Consideration
	Security risks need to be addressed and planned for. May need to rearrange the zoning for monthly or sold carparks to maximise the benefit of the retrofit.
